This kitchen remodel featured new alder cabinets with a granite countertop and tile backsplash and floor.  We took out the bifold door by the window and replaced it with a new swinging door and glass panel.




Here we took out the flimsy old metal handrail, and built a solid partial wall with custom wood handrail.  New paint and new tile floor.

Hoo-boy was that one ugly mess of a kitchen to begin with!  We gutted the kitchen down to the plaster, updated the plumbing and electrical, eliminated the interior window above the old sink, designed and installed a new kitchen with oak cabinets, tile countertops and tile floor.

This nasty "before" shot of the bathroom came from the same house as the cluttered kitchen above.  We stripped the bathroom, but saved the tub, which was in good shape.  Rebuilt the rotted subfloor, installed a new shower head, new pedestal sink and toilet, new tile floor and tub surround, and eliminated the interior window above the tub.
